1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Mediaslide Influencers application (“Service”), operated by Mediaslide (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Mediaslide Influencers provides a platform for agencies and brands to:

  • Manage talent profiles
  • Enrich and view creator profile data and performance insights
  • Organize and manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Invite creators to participate in campaigns
  • Connect social media accounts for campaign tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics

Mediaslide is intended for use by agencies and authorized business users.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1 Agency Accounts

Access to the Service is provided to agency users who are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Ensuring that all activity under their account complies with these Terms
  • Managing the data they input into the platform

3.2 Creator Participation

Creators do not create full accounts on Mediaslide Influencers.

Creators may be invited by agencies to authorize the connection of their social media accounts.

Creators interact with Mediaslide Influencers only through invitation and authorization flows.

4. Social Media Integrations

When a creator authorizes a social media connection, Mediaslide Influencers may access data from the platform through its official APIs.

This may include account information, media posts, and engagement metrics, depending on the permissions granted.

This data is used to retrieve content, measure performance, and support campaign tracking and reporting.

Mediaslide Influencers only accesses data permitted by the platform and authorized by the creator.

Mediaslide Influencers does not publish content, send messages, or modify user accounts.

5. User Responsibilities

Agency users agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure they have the right to use any data they provide
  • Obtain necessary permissions from creators before connecting social media accounts
  • Not misuse or attempt to access unauthorized data

Users must not use data obtained through the Service for surveillance, discriminatory decisions, resale, or re-identification of anonymized data.

6. Data and Content

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they provide.

Mediaslide Influencers processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Creators remain responsible for their social media content and accounts.

Data obtained from social media platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user-provided data) remain the property of Mediaslide.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Social media data is processed and deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

When a creator revokes authorization or requests deletion:

  • Social media connections are removed
  • Identifiable social media data is deleted or no longer linked to a specific account

Non-identifiable performance data (such as likes, comments, views, or similar metrics) may be retained at a post level for campaign reporting purposes.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Backup data is retained only for limited system recovery purposes and is not used in normal operations.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and services (such as social media APIs and analytics providers).

Mediaslide is not responsible for:

  • The availability or behavior of these third-party services
  • Changes to their APIs, features, or policies
  • Data processing performed by these third-party platforms

Features related to social media integrations may change or become unavailable due to platform requirements or technical constraints.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediaslide shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • There is misuse of the platform
  • Required by law or platform policies

Upon termination, users must stop using any data obtained through the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
